UDAAN is a group of enthusiastic students from BITS PILANI KK BIRLA GOA CAMPUS who work for the betterment of housekeeping woman in campus.
Our activities are broadly classified in following domains :
- General awareness: We organize plays on girl child education, child marriage and other such social perils to bring a change in the mindset and attitude if these women. We also conduct sessions on financial planning and savings.
- Health: We organize health sessions on issues like hygiene, cervical and breast cancer, malaria etc to bring awareness amongst these women.
- Education : We have recently started weekly classes to teach basic English.
we aim to make a difference, no matter how small it is.
